For this reason, teachers always need to update themselves with scientific information to benefit the country’s generation. Thus, we should produce researcher lecturers, not only lecturers or researchers, because researcher lecturers are creators and knowledge seekers who never give up in front of difficulties. The objective of the study is to identify the elements which have an impact on sharing of knowledge at Cihan University in Erbil. Although previous studies have identified a range of elements affecting knowledge sharing, further research is needed to understand the factors driving knowledge sharing, particularly among higher educational institutions in Iraq.

At the Catholic University in Erbil, the Pharmacy program offers a modern, outcomes-based curriculum that equips students with comprehensive pharmaceutical knowledge, practical skills, and professional competencies essential for patient-centered care and public health promotion. It emphasizes the development of critical thinking, scientific knowledge, and soft skills necessary for success in today’s dynamic healthcare environments.

The Central Library at Al-Zahraa University for Women earned one of the Iraqi Knowledge Reward that rewarded by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, after being ranked within the best Universities libraries in Iraq across public and private Universities and Faculties. The event concluded with the graduates reciting the general and professional oaths, followed by the honoring of top-performing students with gifts and shields presented by the University President, members of the University Council, the Presidency of the Northern Technical University, and the Engineers Syndicate. Best wishes were extended to the graduates for continued contributions in service to their beloved country. At CUE, our laboratories offer students the opportunity to apply their learning through real-world experiments, collaborative research, and cutting-edge tools.
According to the conference calendar, on Monday (April 15 th , 2024), the scientific committee will respond to the approval and rejection of researchers’ papers and on Saturday and Sunday (April 27 th and 28 th , 2024) the approved papers will be presented. Later in two volumes of the conference book, the presented Papers will be published on the conference website. In the final year, students undertake a research project under faculty supervision. Research areas may include pharmacology, toxicology, medicinal chemistry, pharmaceutics, or pharmacy practice, promoting critical thinking, scientific analysis, and professional writing skills.
In the meeting, where the Vice Rector for Scientific Affairs and Higher Education and the Director of the Rector’s Office, discussions were held on further promoting and strengthening relations between the two universities in the field of science and students. The conference witnessed widespread interaction from academics and professionals in the field of artificial intelligence, who praised the role of Al-Kitab University in organizing this distinguished scientific event that brought together academic thought and technical creativity. Today, within the premises of Al-Kitab University, the activities of the Third Artificial Intelligence and Innovation Conference and Exhibition concluded. The event was held under the university’s patronage with the participation of a number of Iraqi universities, academic, and technical institutions.
